We appreciate the liability that is involved under the Forest Practices Code. Contract diaries and strict controls are utilized to reduce the liability for all involved. Information in the diaries can be referenced to the deliverables to address any questions from the contract. The field supervisors are responsible for final reports ensuring that the final packages have precise and complete information.
